"Lamentablemente fui estafado con esta propiedad en alquiler, ya que a pesar de la habia reservado casi con un mes de anticipacion y el cobro obviamente ya fue realizado, me avisan el dia del viaje que esa propiedad no esta en alquiler, tuvimos que regresarnos a nuestro lugar de destino desde Manta, es una pena que Expedia tenga estos errores administrativos y que lamentablemente no se dignen en devolver inmediatamente los cobros que ya fueron hechos."

"Really clean property, good ubication accesible to main public transportation, close to major shops and mall, couple things to improve, like maintenance to 2/4 AC split units, and to be advise that this rent are on a third floor, without elevator on the building, so this can be very tricky for people that can’t regular climb stairs."
