"Like so many other people have said the property is great. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. The surrounding area is inundated with homeless people which is a shame and not the hotels fault. Will definitely be back. "

"The check-in experience was easy and quick, the room was clean, the bathroom was nice and the kitchen was well-stocked. The “private” balcony is a shared balcony with neighbors across the hall. One window had a strange tape/film across it that obscured the view in the kitchen but the other windows were nice and clear. It was a nice stay, nothing that was overly impressive or stood out but nothing bad either. "

"The grounds and lobby and floors and elevators are all very well maintained and nice in appearance. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. we especially loved the large desk which was a game table for us. My only gripe is with the pillows. they're actually really terrible. If I stay again, I might bring my own pillow. were at not for that, this is a five-star experience for me."
