"This hotel was wonderful! Exceeded all expectations! The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. Hotel amenities were awesome. We stayed in a suite in one of the towers, the room was clean, spacious, very comfortable. Amazing shower and high quality bedding. The free snacks/drinks in the cafeteria was an unexpected bonus and the breakfast was incredible! They also had bicycles we borrowed to explore the town and bike around the town walls. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience...

"Decided to stay here because of the 5 star reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Yes it’s the opposite side of Lucca to the train station and outside the city walls but it was only a 30 minute walk because Lucca is so tiny. Gave me the opportunity to get my bearings. And only a 5 minute walk back to the wall. Was able to check in just after 11am. Room was huge as was the bathroom & both immaculately clean. And there was a kettle! Breakfast was fantastic and laid out with great care. Lovely...

"Room was entirely too small and was the only one between floors. You had to take an elevator and still walk up or down a flight of stairs. The only window looked out over a set of outside steps that were being used so no privacy. The bathroom was really dark and there was at least one light out in the bathroom. Very disappointing. "

"Beautiful refurbished older mansion turned into a charming B&B. The on site secure parking was a big plus. The entire team attending to guests was extremely helpful and friendly. "I got really lost finding the right bus and Giacomo was really helpful and eventually came to pick me up in his car, which was fabulous as I was tired and with a big bag. The house is a lovely old house and the room was clean and perfect with an ensuite. Giacomo gave me information about where to go to eat and I went to Leo’s nearby where they cut slices of pizza at whatever size you like which is a great idea. "We stayed in a separate building adjacent to main hotel so didn’t really have much to do with staff etc. our room was fine, clean, comfy beds and plenty of storage. The area was really good, plenty of nice restaurants & cafes. Train stations in walking distance. Plenty of shops around. Had breakfast in cafe next door Cafe Salute, croissants and drink for around £3, excellent value"

Great Pistoia hotel.

"The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the piazza. The A/C wasn't working but it wasn't too warm so that was okay. The breakfast is great, fruit, fruit juice, granola, yogurt, fresh baked goods and bread. The restaurant was also excellent and you get a discount if you are staying at the hotel."

"Fabio and Theresa were great hosts. They were friendly and helpful. This location is very walkable and the Inn provides free nearby parking. The location is close to the city center and very walkable. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Top notch breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend the Pistoia Inn B&B for your Pistoia stay!"

Even better than the pictures!

"We loved our stay here in Pistoia! The apartment surpassed our expectations from the pictures...pics don't do this place justice! Rustic and charming, comfortable and cozy, but with plenty of modern upgrades to make it easy. The host thought of everything....we had coffee pods, sugar, seasonings, paper towels, toiletries in the bathroom, even laundry soap! The view from the kitchen is beautiful....especially the sunset! And i fell in love with Pistoia! It is charming, walkable, and even though it is a small town there were plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and outdoor markets going on. This apartment is the perfect location in town, with a park across the street and a beautiful church you can see from the window. Im so glad we opted to stay outside of Florence! Only a few things to mention: the shower is awesome, but dont adjust the water direction with the curtain open like i did or you will wet the whole bathroom, and the temps were mild while we were there (early June)so we were fine, but it may get hot later in the summer, the portable air conditioners might not keep up. Overall, i highly recommend this beautiful apartment! Also good to note: we took a taxi initially from the train station with all our stuff, but the rest of the time we walked to/from the train station easily. 15 min walk."
