"Spotless hotel and my room was always well cleaned. Great heating in winter. Helpful staff. My only issue was the two single beds pushed together to make one double. In the end iI was sleeping in a single bed. The property could do with an update. The internet was also unstable at times. "

"The hotel was central for sightseeing and had lots of shops and restaurants around. The staff were really helpful and kind. The room was basic, could have been cleaner but was ok. It was noisy at night but they provide earplugs."

"Good location, clean sheets and pillowcases, kettle for tea and coffee provided, very nice staff. No facial tissues, very strong cleaning chemical smell that gives me a headache. Not sure if it’s the towels or bathroom or bedroom that smells. Otherwise everything was fine."

"This hotel is pristine! Wonderful front staff. Christina offered great suggestions and was very helpful with parking. The neighborhood is perfect with shops and restaurants and so much was an easy walk from the property. The room was huge with a living area and king bed and kitchen with a dishwasher. Double sinks in the bath plus separate tub and shower. There is a rooftop terrace with a seasonal pool. We didn’t want to leave!"

"The staff was very friendly and provided useful information about the area when we checked in. Having driven to the city, we parked at one of the recommended parking garages and took a cab to the hotel. Staying in the historical building was amazing! "I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time.
