"Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Luzern. Train station is just across the street in a wonderful neighborhood. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. We especially loved the location. Everything you would want to see and experience is a short walk. The shopping, dining and convenience to the train station below the station was amazing. "

"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. It’s in a great location and our room and kitchenette was well equipped. The only info I would share for others is that an eye mask and ear plugs are 100% essential! The hallway light remains on full and a lot of light came in under the door and window blinds. We had a floor 1 room and people were constantly slamming the front door at all hours, chatting loudly to each other all the way to their rooms and the stairs are concrete so quite loud. "Gorgeous hotel close to the centre. Clean, hot shower and lovely room with a view of the lake. Could not have asked for better service, especially Victoria who was so generous with both her time and knowledge. Recommendations were excellent! Would definitely recommend and hope to return. "

"Best stay for us across two other countries so far! Bed was comfy. Reception was very informative offering alot of sightseeing hints and tips. Breakfast included (alot of yummy options and best quality weve had over two other countries). Hotel also let us check in early (10am) 5*!"

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Very nice, safe and newly renovated hotel in the middle of farm lands. Clean, modern, nice bed, amazing balcony and views with farms, cows and mountains. We’ve stayed in a superior room with bigger bed, ample space, awesome window blinds and a kitchenette. Very welcoming and helpful staff and free parking. Highly recommended!"
