"We loved Mount Maunganui, and the location of Atrium Apartments is ideally located between the cute town and the Mount, as well as steps from the beach. Our room had views of both the bay and the ocean/beach. The amenities were great and we made use of the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna and the walkway to the beach. "Close to Baypark Arena where we had an event. Please note: the speedway is loud because it’s close BUT they finish at a reasonable time so it doesn’t keep you awake etc. Nice room, we had a mezzanine floor with queen bed upstairs, everything else was on the bottom floor. Room had everything we needed and the small kitchen is well stocked. The property has guest laundry which is always a plus for us and the heated pool was lovely, just warmer than body temp. "Large but slightly dated home was clean and comfortable. For the price, I was not impressed with the peeling ceiling in the bathroom or that some of the dishes were not completely clean, but the rest of the home was nice with a lovely patio and was across from the pool. The grounds had beautiful landscaping and the pool was nice. Close to restaurants and shopping with pak n save close for dining in options. "
