My room reservation had somehow been cancelled, by a booking site, as you can imagine I was worried and stressed out.... I contacted the quest on Durham street directly. Jennas kind and confident phone manner, calmed me instantly ,she sorted it out quick smart. And added underground parking (which I recommend for easy transition, via lift , from car to room). I stay here regularly, and love it's location, right in town, easy walk to shops or park."
