"Large but slightly dated home was clean and comfortable. For the price, I was not impressed with the peeling ceiling in the bathroom or that some of the dishes were not completely clean, but the rest of the home was nice with a lovely patio and was across from the pool. The grounds had beautiful landscaping and the pool was nice. Close to restaurants and shopping with pak n save close for dining in options. "

"We stayed in several homes during our New Zealand tour. This was the nicest. It accommodated our group of 10 adults. A few of the rooms do not have A/C but that is common of New Zealand homes. It really is just a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed a run as the sun came up. The hot tub was nice. There are shops within a few minute drive for food."
