"The front desk was so friendly and efficient. She let us know where everything was. The lobby, the halls, and the room were so clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable that I want to take them home. I had reservations about this place being attatched to the mall, but that was awesome! You can tell the employees do their jobs well. It is appreciated more than they know. "

We had a couple issues (door handle was janky and the tv remote didn’t work and needed to be switched out) but the room was very spacious and comfy/clean. The pool however looked directly out of a low budget hotel. Heat was broken in the room itself so it was freezing when you got in or out of the pool, it was not clean around the pool (literally a pipe sticks out?!) and the towels were the size of a hand towel.. "This property was a steal, especially for the price. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part was the restaurant, which was open and was able to serve us while everything else in the area was jam-packed. This is the place to stay, especially if you’re in the area for Somerset Mall."
