We opted for this location due to the breakfast bar in the morning and the pool. The pool was ICE COLD and the breakfast was slow to be replenished. There was no microwave in the rooms or in the common area to be able to reheat food or even make a bag of popcorn. I’m disabled and went to get ice. I was in the first floor and I he only dispensers were on the 3rd and 5th floors not even near the elevators. Very disappointed and will not stay at this location again.

The positives: room was spacious, bed was comfortable, staff was pleasant, good dining options nearby, easy parking, safe area. The negatives: the door to the bathroom hit the toilet every time it closed, the tv wouldn’t stay tilted to either side, the halls smelled like weed the entire time we were there (but the room did not), the was no bartender for the bar on a Friday night! Note on the pool- it’s probably perfectly lovely in warmer weather. The building it is in is extremely drafty making it unusable in winter months.

I booked a room here because it was a "Hyatt". The property is very dated, and the "lounge" had really no alcoholic options besides a gin and rum I've never heard of. For a single night, in and out, it's doable, but for anything longer, I'd find a more updated property.

At first, the experience seemed ok, the front desk was friendly and got us our room key quickly. We got to our room and the toilet was broken and the furniture and bathroom were covered in dark stains. Called the front desk who sent maintenance to look at the toilet, no comment on the stains. When maintenance arrived, he confirmed the toilet was broken and moved us to the room across the hall. Front desk called our room and mentioned they would come up in 5 minutes to to move the hypo allergenic bedding to the new room, but they never came so I ended up going between the 2 rooms to move it myself. We tried to go to the pool, and was met with a sign on the door that said something along the lines of ‘we’re sorry the heat is broken in the pool, but the water is usable. Walking in the room was very cold and the pool itself was like a polar bear plunge. We lasted less than 5 minutes before our kids lips were blue. Breakfast was similar, no labels, overcooked food, and not very clean plates and bowls. Staff were nice enough, but the property seems to be a forgotten Hyatt. Website also stated a few amenities that were not present in the room: microwave, minibar

There was no microwave in any of 3 rooms we booked. When we requested to the front desk the lady behaved very rudely, with unprofessional attitude. She asked me to contacts expedia for any assistance serms like I did a mistake booking through expedia. They kept me waiting and didn't provide a room key initially starting they didn't get my payment. Very frustrating
