"The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled "

"Right across the street from Brussels-Midi/Zuid station. 25 min walk to city center. This was a couple night stop between Paris and Brussels and this hotel was PERFECT for that. Staff was friendly, they have lockers to hold items while you’re exploring. Beds were super comfy. "

"Was advised of lift access but didn’t specify that lift only went up to one level and then had to take stairs up. Caused some confusion. Better instructions be r time would be better to know where to go. "

"A perfect location for exploring Brussels, with the metro/tram station directly below the hotel. There are also lots of supermarkets and shops on the doorstep, and it’s just 5mins to the Grand Place. Rooms are well furnished and clean."

"I use regular hotels, based on convenient location (work or evenings out). It was my first stay there, owing to my regular hotels being full or too expensive that week, but was very close to the metro and the 71 bus, so that was good. Staff were very friendly, all of the time. Room was quite large, but I would have liked more desk space (very cramped) and additional power sockets.
