"Our check in was seamless, the staff gave us all the info we needed including a map where she indicated what attractions were where and which we could go into. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and stocked well. Parking - we found a lot about 300m away so parked there and walked to the hotel from it, was pretty straightforward and easy. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This was a nice hotel in the center of Ghent. Everything in the area was walkable (restaurants, attractions, convenience, etc.). I loved Ghent. My trip was during August so it was the high season for tourists. I would love to come back at a less busy time. The hotel was fine (clean, safe, etc.). The only real issue were the sink and shower drains. It took several minutes for them to drain. When showering you were basically standing in several inches of water. Disgusting! Same for the...

"On the whole it was a nice stay. Staff is super friendly. Room does not have electric kettle but a nice small functional tv was there. Usually electric kettle and tea making facilities are there in most of the budget hotels in Europe. Location is excellent and closer to the places of interest in Ghent. Accessible by public transport Team T1 from Ghent Railway station. Buffer Breakfast had good servings and sumptuous. "

The staff was very accommodating and helped us with any requests, such as helping us with taxis and providing an umbrella for us when we weren't prepared for rain. "Hotel staff was wonderful and it was a great location and super cute inside. I did, however, have an issue with check in. The hotel closes at 8:30. I booked the hotel at around 8:05 and I was on a train in route. There was no notification of the closing time. I’ve never heard something like that before, but I kind of blame Expedia at this point because that should’ve been flagged to me because of how late I was booking us and the fact that there was an hour time change.
