"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

"You check in and out with machines. You don’t even need to speak or have contact with the staff which is good and bad. Staff is courteous but only address you if you talk first The area is super convenient to everything. Restaurants, shopping. Train and bus stations walkable as well. Shower/tib combo is super big. Would stay again. "
