"It's rather expensive for what is essentially a premium pod style hotel with no windows. The bed was very firm as were the pillows oddly. There is also a green light on the ceiling which, couples with the aircon screen illuminates the entire room to a point of discomfort. Considering the size of the room its well thought out with good plug locations and a good shower in the bathroom. The location for early T3 flights cannot be beaten (as it's the only one). "Was great fir being close to shops and the tube friendly staff would stay again , i liked it buy otherss didnt i guess its hard to please sime people but i enjoyed my stay "

"The property is across from Hyde park and Kensington Palace and close to two tube stations. Plenty of restaurants close by. "

"It was almost perfect except that there was no elevator. Although staff was very kind to help with my luggage, even without asking them. The bed and pillows were divine, clean room, plenty of selection for breakfast and most importantly, staff were all nice and made me feel comfortable and welcome, considering this was last minute change due to the cancellation of my previous booking. I have to add, walkable to both train stations. "

"A pleasant stay. Rooms are small but adequate. Excellent sit down table service breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. We had no heat one night but they fixed it the next morning and if I had told them during the night they would have brought up an electric heater. Great location near Paddington station."
