"This was a funky place that is falling apart. A collection of derelict air-conditioners sat next to the elevator on my floor. The bathroom was very old. The hot water heater did produce wonderfully hot water. There is a pool, but the Anodard shares it with the nicer hotel next-door. Guests at the Anodard are restricted in where they are allowed to sit. "
