"Great Hotel for family travel or work needing longer stay with the convenience of kitchen, family room and bedroom. Remotes didn't work in all rooms and if your not on the top floor, it sounds like a playground above you with constant running and moving furniture. Ceiling is paper-thin. Hotel Concierges should put ALL families with small children on floors 1 and 2 ONLY anything higher results in non-stop noise! Other than that, this Hotel is awesome for location, size and somewhat updated...

"We chose this hotel based on the good reviews I read here and I was satisfied. It was clean, quiet, and had a good breakfast. We were made to feel very welcome. We had a slight heat issue due to the heat lamp in the bathroom, but it was our fault, and they came to fix it very quickly. Yes, the carpet is old, but at least it's clean. It's also very well located for seeing the Islanders at the UBS Arena."
