"We had an amazing time on our trip. The cottage is clean and stocked with everyday kitchen items like pans, plates, coffee mugs, coffee pot etc. Dish soap is provided. We were thrilled to see a washer and dryer! The beds were comfortable as well. There is a full sized refrigerator to stock with food you can pick up from Costco in Kona. I loved the landscaping and enjoyed looking up all the flowers. We were able to drive less than 10 minutes to watch the sunrise every morning at the Black Sand...

"We chose this property based on reviews, affordability and lovely decor! I am so glad we did. There are many perks to staying here..it may seem remote at first, but it is conveniently located to both sides of the island for day trips. "It was a nice condo. Relaxing and spacious for family of 6. Everything was functional. The steep road to the condo was a surprise, but manageable. Short walk to pebble beach, with perfect sunset and a small trail along the shore. Only we didn't expect that much mosquitos in Feb. "
