"Good location and decent breakfast. Check-in can be more helpful...I feel like you needed to figure everything out or have to ask the right questions rather be provided with any helpful guidance upfront. Room itself was clean and has good insulation. However, the bed mattress is not very good, covers and duvet were very starchy/scratchy, and pillow (you only get 1 per person) was pretty useless (mostly air in the pillow, not much to it, it is as flat as flat can get).
