"The room was brand new and so nice and spacious, everything felt spotlessly clean. So impressed by the bathroom and again, so impressed by the cleaning service! Provided a mini fridge/freezer and some dishes, which was great as a nice grocery store was across the street so could enjoy fresh produce in the room. Very important during a long vacation haha. Great central location, staff were really helpful with parking accommodations too!"

"If you are looking for a private room with shared bathroom for decent money just on the main street in Auckland you ll probably get what you were looking for. Room was ok, bed could be more comfy tbh. Receptionist super nice, bathroom clean, basically next to shops, restauraurants and downtown"

"Was nervous when I read the reviews as we've previously stayed in the new apartments BUT the Jade family room was great! Yes a bit worn down but a lovely view, safe feeling, plenty of room for a family of 5 or 6, comfy beds, big tv, full kitchen. Close to sports park & loads of eateries. Handy to motorway. Friendly staff. We will be back! "

"The room was warm and quiet, and the location is handy to the Aotea Centre. For snacks etc there's a minimart just across the road. If you want to cook there's a kitchen downstairs. I didn't realise it was a backpackers but wasn't a oroblem.Good value for money"

"When paid for the wheel chair accommodation but not once in our 3 night stay we could get a car park was inconvenient as we had to struggle getting up and down the stair with our disability the car parked in the car parked in parking space had no disability sticker and were always the same 2 cars which i think must have been staff from the restaurant "
