"The checking-in was very slow and they first charged us the wrong much higher rate. We had to wait 30min for the to fix to the rate we booked through Expedia. Then the room no. was wrtten not clearly 1409 looked like 1404, we could not open the door, we had to go all the way from level 14th to reception to clarify. The staff seemed not very sorry about all their above mistake. Other sides of the hotel was good."

"Stained carpet and crazy neighbors being loud until 1am. They give you ear plugs for “city noise” but there isn’t any city noise. People staying were screaming at each other and running through the hallways, on one occasion I smelled cigarette smoke… there’s no one to speak to, no phone in the room that you can pick up. Overall the room was clean. I liked the toiletries they had and that they didn’t go in the room for the duration of my stay. It’s 4 blocks away from the convention center which...
