"The staff were really friendly, helpful and polite any there was always a supply of fresh water and little biscuits . Rooms were promptly cleaned . The only downside was the bedroom and bed and en-suite was very small with a very small wash basin and lack of shelves or storage however the shower was excellent ."

"Had an enjoyable stay as two adults and three children in a family room with breakfast for two nights. The health spa facilities were in good condition, pool was warm, and the gym has had a decent refurbishment. Breakfast buffet enjoyable, and even more so as table service on our second morning where we ticked what we wanted from a list of hot items and they were served plated to our table. A great way to stop waste. You do need a car as not much else around other than a large NEXT, Costa, M&S...
