"We stayed here as we were going to see a show at Dominion Theatre and it was an excellent location. We stayed in a newly refurbished room and it was everything we needed. Room was modern, don’t get me wrong slightly on the small side but absolutely workable and we were out constantly so we were more than happy with the room for our stay and price point was fair. Loved that the room was modern. Really nice facilities. Will be staying again for our next show. Location made it so easy to go and do lots of other things in London. Great experience. The only downfall for us was were the lifts - we were on the 9th floor but the lifts on the way down stopped at every floor and people kept trying to ram themselves into this small lift - not much the hotel can do there in terms of people thinking it’s appropriate to keep trying to get into a small space. We also tried the bar/ restaurant connected and food was fine but the chicken Goujons were frozen so didn’t enjoy them as quality felt low. Really don’t want any of that to take away from our enjoyment of staying here just want to give an honest review. Will absolutely be back! "
