"This hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the location cannot be beat. The pool and hot tub were great. The small restaurant downstairs was perfect for coffee in the mornings. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great stay! The gym equipment was limited and some of the fixtures in the room were not the best (tub stop didn’t work and the A/C wasn’t very good) but every thing else was excellent. These were minimal issues in comparison to the quality of everything...

"The hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. We had the family suite so there were bunk beds for my girls which they enjoyed. However, there was a young lady for the front desk staff who was a little moody it seemed and looked annoyed to check us out. I felt rushed and then I got my final bill and the amount was different than what was charged to my card. She kinda put a sourness on the end of our great vacation. "

"All good. Very clean and even smelled clean according to my daughter who freaks out if there is any odour in a hotel. Breakfast was good. Lots of kids obviously it is close to Disney. Our room was perfect. Pullout sofa not terribly comfortable to sit on. Bathroom great. Tub and walk-in shower. Beds so comfortable. The bedroom lighting was so so nice. Great bedside lighting for reading before bed which is really important for me for relaxing. Hot tub very nice. We loved the hotel."
