I chose this hotel for the breakfast selection and it was really good and varied. The employees were very helpful and friendly. But on the other hand I couldn't get a good night's sleep because the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and need updating. The shower faucet was very hard to open and once it was opened it kept leaking water all night. Overall it was a good option for one night.

I loved the location of this property. I enjoyed all the amenities. At first I thought the room was smal at first but it worked out. They have a social hour which was very enjoyable BUT breakfast was not that great and there was an employee wearing a leather jacket who was saying the most but doing least and was kind of rude.

Had a very bad experience. Escalators were not working . Bathroom was clogged. **** Alert*** if you have a pet DO NOT STAY Here. I was charged pet damages $250 without being informed. 5 days later I saw the credit card statement and I called them only then I was informed about this . I was SHOCKED that the Hotel manager was not even courteous to not inform or have a conversation about this. When asked they gave me random photos which do not match. Hotel manager emails me after 7 days. Totally disappointed.
