Well organised with reception staff going the extra mile, with assistance and care about their works. The front of house show that they are there to help, the person looking after bags, the staff at breakfast are the same. "

"O hotel é bom. A cama, lençóis, travesseiros e toalhas do quarto que fiquei são muito confortáveis. Diria que o banheiro é desajustado. O sanitário fica sobre um degrau e deve incomodar pessoas baixas. A pia, por outro lado, é mais baixa que o normal. O chuveiro não tem box, mas cortina e não tem barreira para conter a água que espalha um pouco pro meio do banheiro. O chuveiro é a gás, a água quente tem pouca vazão e esquenta o suficiente pro banho apenas. O café é muito bom."

The room itself is quite small and there is no luxury. However, it is affordable, clean and provides what is expected for a budget hotel."
