"Staff is very friendly. Subway station Gateway Gardens is a block away from the rear of the hotel. Area is mostly a collection of hotels that are close to the airport, but it didn’t seem noisy at all."

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"Hotel is decent. Rooms are very small but they are comfortable and clean. You have to request to have your room cleaned. The breakfast is quite nice. "
