"We had a perfect stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. The weather wasn’t very good when we got there so we decided to spend some time on the roof top pool and enjoy afternoon tea which was lovely and had stunning views of the city. "This hotel served our purpose, which was to get a nights' sleep between flights into/out of Hanoi. The location seemed safe but it was off a run-down access road of the airport - not a neighborhood you would want to walk around. The hotel itself was clean and the room was adequate. We did not have time for breakfast in the morning. The pick up from and drop off to the airport was smooth. Again, this hotel was quite serviceable for our needs but not a place to stay for more than 1 night. "

"Just an overnight stay. Arrived hotel around 7pm. check-in was smooth. The location about 1 km away from the main street and in the same building as a Karaoke bar. Unfortunately, my room is closed to the karaoke room and can hear the singing and music until midnight... luckily. Breakfast is average. A bowl of pho is all I took. Overall ok stay considering the price. "

"Hard for grab to find - the Chemi part of the hotel didnt seem to compute. Room was big ans shower great. We wanted to be nearer airport because of an early flight and this worked well. Quiet and comfy. Frint desk guy didnt speak as much english as some hotels we have been to but enough for badic questions"
