"The location is extremely convenient for a stay in Hanoi. The entire staff are the brightest spots of this hotel, they are always smiling and willing to help us whenever they see us. Breakfast was delicious and the room was cleaned every day. Worth the money!"

"Great hotel with fantastic service. We had breakfast in the top floor restaurant which has great views of the city and extensive menu options. There is also a lovely roof top bar. It’s really convenient for walking to restaurants, cafes, shops and sites. Close to the old quarter, lake, water puppet theatre (which was brilliant). A great base. "

"This hotel is perfect if you're looking for 5 star service without the cost. Staff went above and beyond anything you would experience in North America. They helped us at every turn with evisa's booking tours, restaurant recommendations, directions, general inquiries everything really.
