"We had a perfect stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. The weather wasn’t very good when we got there so we decided to spend some time on the roof top pool and enjoy afternoon tea which was lovely and had stunning views of the city. The staff were all really kind and the room was a good size. We checked out and left our bags with the hotel. As our flight late in the evening the staff let us spend some more time in the evening by the pool, use the showers and in the bar before getting a taxi to the airport which we really appreciated. The location of the hotel is excellent and easy walking to everything. The coffee shop under the entrance did an excellent egg coffee which was a must try. Would definitely say again. "

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. The spa treatments were all priced but much higher end and luxury facilities compared to what I have seen in Hanoi. Gym very new and has daily classes (spin, pilates). We did a sound bath meditation in the beautiful meditation hall. The staff were so helpful and friendly despite the language barrier, they made sure we had a lovely stay. "

"Hard for grab to find - the Chemi part of the hotel didnt seem to compute. Room was big ans shower great. We wanted to be nearer airport because of an early flight and this worked well. Quiet and comfy. Frint desk guy didnt speak as much english as some hotels we have been to but enough for badic questions"

"Hotel was convenient and close to the airport for our long layover in Hanoi. Room was large and clean. The real highlights were the pho we had for breakfast, and the kindness of the workers! We used their service to go to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced. When we arrived at the airport to leave, we realized one of our children had left their camera with all the photos from our big family vacation in the hotel room. They were so quick to respond and ran it to the airport for us for free! We were so thankful for their kindness and quick driving getting our kids precious photos back when it was definitely our mistake. We highly recommend Haap Transit hotel for your future stays in Hanoi!"

"There was Ants in my room. Area around did not much to choose from as far as food. Mosquitos in the patio area. Probably wont stay here again if given the choice."
