"I was satisfied with the cost by performance. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!"

"The perfect hotel to stay in the old quarter. The staff are excellent, thankyou to Emma, Anna, Linda and David plus all the other staff! We have stayed here a few times and the standard is always great. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and had everything we needed. They also organised a great tour for us to Cao Bang and this was amazing. We can’t wait to come back, thankyou! "

"This is not a new building. Almost nothing in the Old Quarter is - that's it's charm. The property has challenges due to age, but the staff managed any issues quickly and effectively. "This boutique hotel was situated in a prime location of Old Quarter. There were great restaurants and stores in every direction, all within a half mile. While we were there, a Super Typhoon slammed Hanoi. The hotel staff stayed with guests, and we didn't lose power or water.
