"Great location, many restaurants, shopping, massage places, many attractions walkable distance, safe area. Being in old town expect traffic noise but was not bad. Great helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, in room safe, no bathroom issues. TV ok. Breakfast was average. I liked the hotel and stay here again. "

"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The room was lovely and the service was exceptional. On our last day, we needed to move to another hotel to meet our group. The Oriental Jade arranged and paid for our taxi to get there and gave us a farewell gift. Also, the benefits that came with the room such as free massages and drinks at the roof top bar really added to the value. Its well located on the edge of the old town not far from the lake. I highly recommend this property! "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived even after flight was delayed. Wonderful breakfast. Its location is great to experience the old quarter but our room was quiet. "

"A very nice hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The reception staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The Sky Bar and restaurant were also great. Outside the chaos that is Hanoi engulfed us, which was great, but returning to the calm of the hotel was welcoming. "
