"Staff are not accommodating and cold, all my requests were rejected such as extra pillow. Secondly, the floor towel and the shower towels are treated as same meaning same colour same size. This is not acceptable as the shower towels need to be bigger to cover our heads and body and also to distinguish between floor and body use. It is very unhygienic to do this practise."

"Executive Double Room, Ocean View - relaxing stay for 2 nights. Location - in Seongsan, walking distance to Seongsan Ilchulbong and ferry terminal (for Udo island). Room - was quiet on the 5th floor with excellent view from the balcony (west facing). Shower water pressure was medium. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV.
