"We launched our honeymoon at the Chillax Heritage. The staff was incredibly welcoming and so supportive in helping us find our bearings. They were absolutely the highlight of our stay, even helping us resolve our baggage issues when the airport lost our baggage. The room was a little smaller than I expected, but clean and comfortable. There was parking which made our picks up and drop offs a breeze."

"The staff made this a memorable vacation. They were always there to help with any questions. They recommended tours, sights to see, transportation to sights. A central location for tour stars and end points. The China Town food tour start point was only a 9 minute walk. Rooms and facility were clean, a nice restaurant/bar on the 6th floor and nice relaxing pool. I highly recommend the Cascade Hotel."

"Hotel is well situated for restaurants. Our room was comfortable but few amenities. A kettle but no cups, or coffee/tea. No soap to use in the sink just shower gel on the wall in the shower. Breakfast was not as described on their website. Poor quality Thai food for breakfast & the only other choice was white sliced bread to toast. Shame"
