"Excellent location for taking train and meitetsu bus center. Hotel check-in at 11 floors and it is link to Meitsute shopping mall. The hotel is out-dated but clean and basic requirements are there. The staffs are very helpful. Room come with capsule coffee machine and green tea sachet. No bottle water but water jag provided to take from the drinking water machine near lift area. Recommend to stay as it is very convenient to move around."

"The hotel was nice to stay at but we quickly realized it was more of a business hotel. There weren’t a lot of good dining option around the hotel but it was Sunday night and a lot of olaces had closed. It is comfortable, clean and walking distance to Nagoya station and that’s what we needed! All in all a good stay!!"

The lobby is on the 2nd floor and is bright and cheery. 1 box sandwich with 1 coffee allowed for breakfast. Bring instant coffee for your room and request a teapot from reception. "Very welcoming and helpful check-in staff. I had a walking tour package sent to this hotel by the tour company and upon check-in, the staff promptly brought me the package so I didn't even have to ask around. The hotel staff also helped me look up the cutoff time on sending my big luggage to the next location which could be done in the morning before my departure instead of the afternoon before."

"Nagoya Kanayama Hotel has an unbeatable location, situated right next to Kanayama station where you can hop on and off Mu-sky train, Nagoya Meitetsu, JR train and the subway Meiji/Meiko lines.
