Demanded we pay cash outside our already settled Expedia payment, claiming it takes days to access that money - basically advertise on Expedia but demand clients pay cash then process a refund of the Expedia payment mid-process, all the while planting enough fog and fear in the employees about whether the electronic payment from Expedia would come through at all. This was the worst check-in...
