Yes, tea and coffee in the room, standard teabags and Nescafe sachets, perhaps a little biscuit or real milk would have been more pleasant. We were staying in the Family Room, but were not advised when booking that on our second night immediately below that room would be a rock band, performing until 10:30pm. Immediately below the Family Room!?!?!? The floor was literally shaking, which left us with 3 distressed children. A really appalling situation.
