"The property is a bit tired but the staff are pleasant and doing the best they can with what they've got. Breakfast was Japanese style and pretty tastey. Not real close to the train station so if that's important then this might not be the best choice."

"The hot water pressure was so low that it sputtered a lot. There was barely enough water to take a comfortable shower. The power outlet located at the bottom of the desk was loose and I inadvertently pulled it out of the desk when unplugging my laptop. Very dangerous. Probably one of my worse APA experiences, and I normally love APA. Have stayed, cumulatively, many months at APA. Never at this one again."

"Overall, it was very good. I liked the breakfast buffet and that helped me save money during my trip. There was one thing though that could have been better - it was not possible to switch my hotel room tv over to a different HDMI source. Because of that, it was not possible to connect my firestick to it. I think that's something for them to address for future travelers that might want to hook up a firestick, switch, or steam deck. "My only requirement was to have a hotel close to Tachikawa station, and you can’t get much closer than this one. The room was comfortable and clean and it was a great deal. Will definitely stay here again!"
