I have visited Japan 5 times now and this hotel is by far the best! The rooms are spacious, very nice and so clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms get cleaned every day. The breakfast was also incredible!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and the service remains impeccable, especially in terms of room cleanliness and organization. The breakfast menu varies every other day, which is a nice touch. However, I was slightly disappointed that the live egg-cooking station by the chef has been discontinued. Overall, it is an excellent hotel and a great choice for anyone visiting Tachikawa City in Tokyo.

Basically good
Overall we had a pleasant stay. One star off because the rooms are small and there’s no climate control, so we were hot all night. Not many outlets to charge things. Breakfast is good and all the staff are kind and helpful.
