The room had recently been refurbished and there were a couple of small issues- missing remote control, broken hairdryer, issue with the toilet- however the staff sorted these straight away and all the staff could not do enough to help. They were all friendly and polite. "

"The staff were helpful at check-in. I had a double room. The bed was comfortable. Each guest got a biscuit and square of chocolate. There was a selection of teas, coffee bags and hot chocolate. There was an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. The room was very warm. There was an issue with the cleaning. There was hair in the bath and the wall mirror in the bedroom was dirty.
