"On arrival reception explained that they had problems with their emails etc and when they received my realised they had no ground rooms available. They allowed us to use a bungalow they rent out im another village.It was fantastic, hot tub swimming pool etc. The hotel itself were brilliant and very helpful "

"Swift and easy check-in. The family room had two bedrooms which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Could have done with a rubber bath mat but found out later we could have asked for one. Similarly de-caff tea and coffee I guess. "Cosy room oozing with character.. The staff upon check-in (and check-out of course) were great.. helped us to our room, showed us everything we needed to know.. the room was spotless, luckily for me as I forgot mine, toiletries were provided, including shower gel and shampoo.. I was performing at a local event and was back late but that was absolutely fine and nice and easy upon getting back to my room. Will definitely stay again."
