The staff were excellent - friendly and welcoming. The menu was far from exciting but the food we got was really well cooked and very nicely presented. The service in the bar was really good. The problem with the hotel was the room...nothing worked: two faulty lamps(one with a dangerous wiring fault), the television didn't work at all, the wardrobe door was blocked by a chair. The maintenance is seriously lacking.

The view from our room was incredible - we had the family suite and it was lovely and spacious. Staff were lovely and helpful and catered to every need. The cracked ceiling needs to be fixed though as it didn’t look great.

Came for a couple of days with the gf. Booked a deluxe room for the view. The view was great but the cold air came through because the windows aren't insulated. The shower was not very warm and the staff doesn't clean and provide you with new towels, just rearrange stuff as if they cleaned. The towels were smelly. The breakfast was limited in options and everything was very old, as if the hotel was from 30 years ago.
