"Having a specific room requirement the hotel give me options and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished. We ate in the restaurant with the menu offering a good variety of food and we we very happy with the quality of the food. Finally a big thank you to Dela who was a supMagerb host. "

"I recently stayed at this wonderful cabin and was thoroughly impressed. The place was absolutely spotless and very well presented, showing a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gesture—doggy treats were provided, which added a nice touch to our stay. The communication with the hosts was excellent throughout, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The cabin was incredibly comfortable, offering a cozy and relaxing environment. It's definitely a 10 out of 10 in my book. The overall ambiance and quality of the accommodation make it a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend coming here; it's definitely worth it!"

"Really really nice place, so greensh very very beautiful, the air is so fresh and we really enjoyed even with rainy weather as we stayed at the chalet during rainy days and we really had fun time as my kids loved the monopoly and spend lots of time on it and other lovely games as well as the enjoyed watching tv at the night with amazing view at night, really nice experience. we really enjoyed on the chalet as it has really an amazing view in front of mountains and air is sooo fresh that we really enjoyed having our breakfast all together outside as well as having tea afternoon me and my wife. Needs to mention that the bus stop is so close just in front of the park entrance, the time of the bus at the area was little bit hard (2 hours between each one) but its acceptable, and most of the bus drivers are so kind and friendly, one of them asked me to pay just for adults and not for kids. The park itself is fair close to lots of amazing places (even for a person coming without a car) like the waterfall, the steam train, the beach and other like-heaven places. The only issue we faced is the internet, the wifi was unfortunately so weak and i tried to speak with reception but i didn't find them at their main building till the end of our journey, but it was not a real big issue as we used my wife's sim card data (she's with O2) as my sim card network was not good (im with Id network) It will be so so perfect if just has a better internet, but it is really amazing place 👌"
