"This was exactly as expected Clean room with triple glazing as noisy road outside. Disabled parking right outside rear entrance which was gr8 Only downside was that mattress was quite hard so a bit achy when woke up but it must be difficult for them to please everyone. Good rating x"

"Lovely clean hotel. There were lot of functions on when I was there so food wasn't great on the evening (overcooked so dry and burned) which the staff apologised for. Breakfast was cold but was microwaved when I asked. Staff all really friendly. "

"I decided, very last minute, to use a hotel as we were celebrating a friend's birthday nearby. I had been given a room on the top floor, but there wasn't a lift and I have a knee problem, so I was swiftly swapped to a ground floor room. The room was excellent value for money. Even though the hotel is only rated 3*, it had an iron and ironing board, tea and coffee, a TV, a safe, free wi-fi, laundry service, and a gorgeously comfortable bed. It was also a nicely quiet room with an excellent level...

"On advert they advertise bathrooms in upstairs rooms are disability friendly but there is no lift to these rooms! Misleading! Downstairs rooms have showers over bath so NOT disability friendly. Not very well thought through! "
