"Absolutely perfect cottage for our stay while attending the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. Julie is an amazing host, very friendly and very quick to respond to any questions and offer recommendations. She even knew to wish us (American travelers) a happy July 4th, which was extremely thoughtful. "A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"A beautiful, spacious, secluded, property with great country views. Peace and tranquility meant instant relaxation. Just a 2 mile drive to Foxton Locks, and a few miles to Market Harborough. Miles of open countryside which is very rolling, ideal for challenging cycling. My only criticism is that the sound insulation between the two semi detached properties was inadequate. Otherwise marvellous and we will return."

"This cottage was an amazing find in the heart of Oakham.a traditional cottage, yet modernised sympathetically, maintaining many of the original features. We loved its quirky layout. We spent a very happy Christmas there. We recommend a visit to the Castle, Gates Garden Centre and Farmshop, Otters. We will be back!"
