"The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Be sure to have the room cleaned as they have some night critters. Would be great that at time of arrival more information about activities that take place, like horse riding. The breakfast is $10 Eu per person which I think is a bit too much and they require a swimming cap for pool use. The sell them if you want to use the pool. "

"Probably the best kept secret in Otranto. Spotlessly clean and a quiet setting on the outskirts of this lovely picturesque town. Fabio and his family are excellent and obliging hosts. The rooms are spacious, shower powerful and the breakfast worth leaping out of bed for, with a great variety of cereals, fruits, homemade cakes etc. We hugely recommend this Masseria and hope to return some day."
