"The property was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but no milk, so I had to ask the staff at the reception desk for some. There was also a slightly disturbing encounter of knocking on my door just after midnight and someone opened the door. The gentleman at the front desk apologised when I asked about it in the morning and said he was checking something."

"Hotel itself was fine, had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. The area however was quite scary at night especially walking from the RER past the restaurant's. I genuinely felt very unsafe and actually grabbed my 5 year old and ran due to some unsavoury characters hanging around the alleyway between the restaurants and the hotel."

"My 4yo and I had the best time at Sequoia Lodge. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The only thing that would have been good is a little fridge. I requested bed guards and they were brought up immediately. Breakfast was great, big selection and so was dinner. We hadn't made reservations but they still made sure to accommodate us and my son loved it! I also loved the bar, so warm and inviting, great drink options for children and adults. Won't hesitate to stay again!"

"The hotel was located within easy walking distance to the station and had a supermarket opposite which was great. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very straight forward and not much choice. We only really slept and used minimal facilities. But the staff let it down on arrival. Rude and dismissive as soon as i tried checking in when speaking English. Almost walked out and go elsewhere but due to only using it to sleep and have breakfast. "Great hotel The amount of ammenties in reception is some of the best I have ever seen. Has a Starbucks inside too The shop was great and they literally was everything you can think of for sale Room super clean - the only problem was the toilet flusher did not work properly! "
