"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "The property was great and in an even greater location. Close to the cathedral, shopping, dinning and Alcaicería. The front desk lady was just so amazing and the sweetest person - she helped us a lot and was of great help. Would definitely come back and recommend. "
