"Parkgate is a great place to stay for a day or two in Cardiff. Walking distance from Cardiff Market, Castle and high street. Great food options and shopping nearby. The staff was great and very helpful. The spa (which is a separate business located in the hotel) wasn’t our favorite but the hotel itself is great. Definitely recommend."

"Absolutely Wonderful Mollies is a very unique and incredibly designed venue that offers more value for money than like for like. The checkin process is swift and the reception area combines a chillout area, with free hot drinks and a small shop. The rooms are well designed with dyson, yes dyson accessories which is very unusual for the price range of the venue. Even 5* venues dont even have dyson accessories. "We were terribly disappointed to be kept all night from the room next door having a room party. I contacted reception at 3:30am and 05:00am who did ask the guest to quieten down, which they did for ten minutes then the music went back on. We literally had no sleep the entire night. The radiator wasn't working so had a plug in heater. No hand tissues in the bathroom. Cleanliness was poor."

"Stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Bath whilst visiting the Christmas Markets. Really convenient for walking to the markets and around Bath. Nice breakfasts and rooms were very nice and comfortable beds."

"We had to walk down several corridors and up and down stairs to access our room — if you have mobility issues I would advise confirming what is required when assigned your room. Spa bath was pleasant, but spa services seemed overpriced and I had difficulty getting them to share the price list ahead of time.
