The hotel is ideally located within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The facilities at the hotel however are a bit tired and worn and could do with some upgrade. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again."
