"On arrival, it was a little confusing to find the location as it is set back from the satellite navigation location on the road. Once hotel was found, it was easy to park in the public car park and not too badly priced per day. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough and the cleaning staff are friendly. "We stayed in one of the family suites... top floor. They are set up like a loft and our (young) teenage kids loved it. The view from the top floor window is pretty cool ad well. Great value for money, grocery store and parking are basically around the corner. We would absolutely return. Only downside... beds are very, very firm, in case that matters!"

"Location was perfect, able to walk to all main sites, hotel just off main market square and canal with boat trips 1 min away. Staff at hotel excellent. Only minus if staying in guest house is there are no lifts and two flights of stairs but rooms are lovely."

"Far from perfect but Nice, if not very expensive, hotel with helpful staff, if you can find them. Front desk often unmanned. Lights in suite were faulty. Apparently repaired on day 2 but still faulty so both nights unable to have ambient lighting. Poor given huge price paid. Bathroom smelled of drains. No slippers in suite despite advertised and rubbish initial offering of tea/coffee for 2 people (e.g. 1 tea bag). Rectified but surely we dont have to ask at this price point? "

"What a beautiful property to visit Bruges! It was so quiet and secluded but near all the sights. Our room was so spacious and had a balcony that we enjoyed tea on in afternoon. The bathroom and bedroom was luxurious! Immanuel was a fantastic host and the breakfast was so delicious and fresh. He even sat down with us and the map to help us find the places we were interested in. Highly recommend "
