We arrived an hour before check-in and were told that dropping our bags in the room would cost us $10. Empty rooms were available because we got one after a lengthy discussion — we were already paying for another Casa Andina in Cusco. This seemed unnecessarily greedy of the company. Especially, since the price of the room was already high for middle of the week...

"It was pretty good. It looks better in the pictures though. The bathroom shower never drained while you were in it so you were almost taking a bath by the end. But the water was really hot which I appreciated. Oh if you need a wheelchair, this hotel is not for you. I was on the top floor and there were only stairs, no elevator. I would stay here again."

"Just a nice, clean, very convenient property. Some rooms come with a balcony, some do not. The rooms were clean and comfortable albeit with a few ants in the bathroom. However, you're in a hotel in a village on the side of the mountains so a few ants shouldn't bother you. The breakfast (included) was tasty and fruits/veggies were fresh and tasty.
